Conor Riordan
Conor is owner and director of the Irish Pub Academy. He is a graduate of the National University of Ireland Galway where he studied History and Archaeology. Conor is a Failte Ireland accredited tour guide achieving a certificate of distinction and has had a lifetime interest in the history, culture and heritage of the Irish Pub.

Sean McGrath
Sean is the leading tour guide of the Irish Pub Academy. He is a graduate of the National University of Ireland Galway holding an honours degree in history. Sean is also a local historian. He has specialised interests in the history and traditions of Irish whiskey, the Irish craft beer sector along with food and drink pairing in Ireland.
